Hey, I couldn't find that skin anywhere at mustache. I joined the suscribo and got well.. a mustache. lol. Didn't see any other group joiners.
Hey Ember, it's in the group not the subscribo you can get that skin. Just type "update group for mustache" in group search and it should be the only one coming up! Then join the group and get the skin in the past notices :)
Hope that helps! Otherwise you can always look up my profile in world (Laleeta Xue) and look in my groups' list, it's there and it's simply called "Mustache".
