Lady Dragoness Designs has this really cute pants as a freebie in her shop. Normally the landmark should get you there but if it doesn't then do as followed: go up the stairs/fly to the store that should be above you at the landing point, get inside and look for a small booth with a package on it.
If you have the time do wander around the sim it is really beautiful :)
